Oh hey girl! Welcome to my blog page and my very first ever, blog post. I am SO glad you stopped by! I wanted to go ahead and introduce myself a little if you don’t already know much about me. I am a 29 year old living on a lake in Maine with my boyfriend, Brandon, who is in the military and our two labs, Oakley and Annabella. Brandon and I have been together for roughly 7 years, and some time off and on before that. & before you ask, no I do not know why he has not put a ring on it. He is a little crazy if you ask me, I am quite the catch if I do say so myself. If you couldn’t tell, I get asked this question A LOT.
Okay, so moving on. I went to Thomas College where I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. After college I had various jobs, none of which I ever truly loved or felt as though were the right fit for me. I had a desire to be my own boss, create my own schedule, and live life by my own terms; however, opening your own business is hard AF and expensive.
Two years ago I was in a very dark place; emotionally and mentally. I was struggling to determine where I fit in this world, having gained 30+lbs I was headed into a downward spiral of severe anxiety and depression. At the time my best friend was running this little side hustle like the boss babe she is in conjunction with her full time job and I thought “she seems so happy and has met so many amazing girlfriends along the way, why can’t I do this?” A few short months later I got started on my health & wellness journey and have never looked back.
So what is it that I do you might be wondering?
Well simply put, I work on myself daily and help other babes do the same. Whatever their goals may be, I help hold them accountable and motivated towards achieving those goals. I have partnered with Team Beachbody to inspire babes all across the United States (and some other countries too) become the best possible version of themselves physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I am damn proud of the work I do, the company I am partnered with, and the lives that have been changed using this platform to share my journey along the way. I hope you are just as excited as I am to be here as I continually share my journey with you all on topics all things lifestyle!

In our Meet me at the Barre Bootcamp, we will be giving tangible tips and tricks to help you stay motivated and consistent throughout this entire process. We will share sweaty selfies to help hold one another accountable and motivated towards achieving our goals. There will also be weekly giveaways for those most engaged and prizes for those who love a good challenge! We will be providing you with delicious recipes to help keep your nutrition in check and you on track. Our Meet me at the Barre Bootcamp is about women empowering women, whatever their goals, become the best possible version of themselves. We are all about self love and positive vibes ONLY!
A little more about the program. . .
The Barre Blend program contains 40 full-body workouts that include high-rep, small-range movements and isometric holds, as well as compound, full-range exercises, targeted core work, and dynamic stretches.
The workouts are 30 – 40 minutes per day, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks. Each workout includes light weight training and cardio intervals which will help to keep your heart rate up, so you can burn maximum calories and fat.
You do not need to be a dance or ballet professional. In fact, NO experience is required. This program is perfect for people of all fitness levels as there is a modifier and an intensifier, so you can do the program at your own pace for whatever feels most comfortable for you!
Included in this program is a deck of “I AM” cards to help strengthen your mind and cultivate a positive mindset at the beginning of every workout. You will also get a nutrition plan that aligns perfectly with your goals and I promise, there is no counting calories or cutting food groups and you DON’T have to deprive yourself.

“Okay, so what do I get when I join?”
There are multiple package options to choose from. Each package is tailored specifically to align with your individual goals; therefore, I would first start off by asking some basic questions which would help me get to know you and your goals and help you find a package that will work best for you!
But, here are the basics. . .
2 prep workouts which will help familiarize you with the program and a prep calendar to help get you ready!
5 bonus, 10 minute “enhancement” workouts you can add on to help you target specific areas. LIKE YO BOOTY! If you’re anything like me and want to grow the peach.
3 recovery workouts which will be necessary, because you will be sore!
40 unique workouts. So there are 4 phases, 5 workouts within each phase. Elise will up the intensity every 2 weeks and each workout is different!
& to help you realize your full potential you will receive a deck of “I AM” motivational cards that Elise created with some of her favorite daily affirmations. Its simple, you pick a card and allow that card to create a positive mindset for your day.
Full access to our “Netflix” of workouts, meaning once you are finished Barre Blend you can move onto another program of your choosing! There are over hundreds of different workouts to choose from. So whatever you’re feeling next, you have options. This is not a one and done Bootcamp, you’re stuck with me!
